  1. Target the right audience. Make sure that you are able to narrow down your audience to those who need your special touch.
  2. Define what makes you unique. What sets you aside from the rest? Is it customer service? Is it the materials you use? That technique you have acquired? Figure out what makes your services special and dwell on it.
  3. Build a portfolio. Be sure to keep samples and take a lot of pictures of your past jobs. Combine these into one folder to share with your prospect employers. This shows passion, preparedness and will give the employer a taste for your visions.
