We are currently seeking Maintenance Workers in Naples

We provide you with hands on training but pride ourselves in providing our employees with a very independent work environment. However, you must be a team player and able to take directions well. We offer a great opportunity to the right candidate to get OSHA certified and on-site training if needed.

Duties:

Members of the maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Two years of experience in the field
• Strong communication skills with team
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in various positions such as stand, lift up to 50lbs., sit, bend over, kneel, or squat for extended period of times
• Must be flexible with work schedule
